Neal, a second-round draft pick in 2010, was a four-year letterman at Purdue. He appeared in 46 career games, including 23 starts, and finished his career with 99 tackles (56 solo), including 26 tackles for loss, and 13 sacks. He earned honorable mention All-Big Ten honors from the media as a senior.

Neal becomes the sixth of seven Packers draft picks to sign with the team.
