GREEN BAY -- The Packers removed six starters from their injury report on Friday, as TE Jared Cook, DT Mike Daniels, G T.J. Lang, RB Ty Montgomery, and LBs Clay Matthews and Julius Peppers are all expected to play.

This year, the NFL eliminated the "probable" designation on injury reports, so players who in the past would have been listed as probable have to be either removed from the report or listed as questionable. Players who are removed are expected to play.

Green Bay is listing eight players as questionable, though, including QB Aaron Rodgers (calf), who has not practiced yet this week. Head Coach Mike McCarthy said on Friday that Rodgers might do some work in practice on Saturday before the team heads to Chicago.

Also questionable are WR Randall Cobb (ankle), LBs Kyler Fackrell (hamstring) and Blake Martinez (knee), RB Christine Michael (illness), CB Damarious Randall (groin), FB Aaron Ripkowski (back), and C/G JC Tretter (knee).

Fackrell and Martinez have both missed multiple weeks and could return to action on Sunday. Cobb's injury occurred during last week's Seattle game, but he returned and finished the contest. He has been listed as limited in practice all week.

LB Nick Perry (hand) and RB James Starks (concussion) are doubtful.

The Bears have ruled out WRs Eddie Royal (toe) and Marquess Wilson (groin/foot), while DT Eddie Goldman (ankle) and DBs Johnthan Banks (ankle) and Bryce Callahan (knee) are questionable.
