The Green Bay Packers Mentor-Protégé Program will host a networking event Thursday, Sept. 18 at 3:00 p.m. in Club 1919 in the Lambeau Field Atrium. The event will feature a panel of local purchasing departments and general contractors who will discuss doing business with each of their organizations.
Following the discussion, there will be time for networking to give attendees the opportunity to meet with the panel representatives one-on-one, as well as interact with other area business professionals.
Any local business professional who wishes to know more about the program or network with other professionals in the area is encouraged to attend.
The Packers Mentor-Protégé Program often holds networking events and seminars for past and current program participants, as well as those who may wish to be participants in the future. These events provide a complement to the support the program offers, and it helps to further develop and benefit the community of businesses in northeastern Wisconsin.
To RSVP for the event, email email@example.com or call 920-366-8788 by Tuesday, September 16. More information about the Packers Mentor-Protégé Program, including how and when to apply, can be found at www.packers.com/community/mentor-protege.html.
The Packers Mentor-Protégé Program was established to pair emerging companies in northeastern Wisconsin with established, knowledgeable, and committed companies. The program places an emphasis on minority- or woman-owned small businesses, as well as veteran-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned and disabled persons-owned companies, but other companies will be considered as well. Mentor companies can provide exposure, appropriate training, resources and experience not readily available to the protégé companies. AFF Research, LLC, is the administrator of the program.
