GREEN BAY -- Packers QB Aaron Rodgers and RB Ty Montgomery have been nominated for two of the NFL's weekly awards.

Rodgers is up for Clutch Performer of the Week following his 60-yard bomb to WR Jordy Nelson in the final half-minute of Sunday's game at Chicago to set up a game-winning field goal.

Montgomery is up for FedEx Ground Player of the Week after rushing 16 times for 162 yards and two touchdowns against the Bears. It was the Packers' biggest rushing performance of the season and included a 61-yard run, also the team's longest of the year.

Rodgers is up against Tennessee K Ryan Succop, Pittsburgh QB Ben Roethlisberger, Houston RB Lamar Miller, and Oakland K Sebastian Janikowski. To vote for Rodgers, click here, or tweet Rodgers' name and #ClutchPerformer.
